BEACH HOUSE
This ranch style house located in a private beach association on coastline of CT was ready for an update.
We started by opening up the kitchen into the living room and added an island which totally transformed the space to open concept living.
We removed the wall to wall carpet, added vinyl floors throughout perfect for a beach lifestyle, new appliances, countertops, furniture and VOILA!
COLONIAL CAPE
This Colonial Cape was a rental property for 18 years and had great bones but needed some major TLC. We started with demo and knocking down walls, added a dormer to create a full bath and larger bedrooms upstair and the transformation was amazing!

MODERN COLONIAL
This 1960 colonial was lovingly maintained by one owner and was just waiting to be updated. We knew right away this was a project for us…great bones, beautiful property and centrally located.
The original floor plan needed to opened up, we wanted to add a gourmet kitchen and luxurious master suite which was accomplished by adding a 2 story addition off the back of house.
The transformation was amazing.
